Visiting in April 2019?? Please Read...

If you are visiting us in April you should receive an email alerting you that we will be making some outdoor improvements.

SO WHAT ARE WE DOING?

We have already torn up the old deck in the BBQ area and yes...the lovely fountain is gone.

If you have been here before you know that the deck is an overdue project. But why the fountain? Two reasons...it had a leak which was near impossible to fix and we will be making room for an expanded deck area. We are excited to see this work completed. It is scheduled to start the beginning of April.

THERE IS MORE

As long as we were tearing things up, it made sense for us to re-landscape at the same time. This means that many of the older, unhealthy trees will be removed. But don't worry, we are keeping the tropical feel around the pool and will be installing new trees and plants as quickly as we can following the removal. If you liked it before...just wait to see what we have in store.

Although it will be impossible to miss - work will be taking place front and center around the pool - we do not expect it to hinder pool use. We will also do our best to keep noise and disruption to a minimum.

We hope that our guests will understand that we only want to make improvements which will continue to enhance your stays at The Island House.
